The International Group Program (IGP), a division of Manulife Financial Corporation, is a global network of insurers (Network Partners) who collaborate to offer coordinated employee benefits solutions to multinational companies around the world, providing greater efficiency, flexibility, detailed reporting and seamless administration.

Since 1967, IGP has been supporting multinational companies in taking advantage of their worldwide size and managing their employee benefits costs through economies of scale and the pooling and reinsurance of risks.

Alongside its core Multinational Pooling programs, IGP offers Global Underwriting and Reinsurance to Captive programs. In 2022, IGP established a Center of Expertise for Reinsurance to Captive and Global Underwriting programs. This was the first unit of its kind among the global employee benefits networks.
