IGP International Employee Benefits Seminar
Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel
September 11-13, 2012

Recognized as the premier international employee benefits conference, the IGP Seminar offers a unique opportunity to learn about country-specific employee benefits....and much more!

Over two and a half days, participants attend their choice of country classes during which IGP Network Partners provide information on the social security system and customary private employee benefits practice in their respective country. Depending on the country, these presentations include:

  • Design of a typical benefits plan
  • Funding requirements
  • Legislative updates
  • Recent trends and new products

Ample time is provided so that attendees can ask questions and discuss issues.

Each participant will have the opportunity of attending up to 12 country classes, as well as Special Interest Sessions on topics of interest to all attendees.

Both the experienced professional and the newcomer to the field of international employee benefits will quickly expand their knowledge and understanding of the benefits needed in various countries throughout the world.

In addition to the formal agenda, we are also offering a complimentary training program on the afternoon of Monday, September 10. There will be two sessions, each featuring a choice of three classes. Come early and learn about pooling, review of International Experience Reports, account protection and captive reinsurance. Lunch will be provided.

Later that evening, we invite all attendees and their guests to join us for a reception at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. This will give you the chance to meet the other participants in a casual atmosphere.

Other informal events held during the Seminar, such as luncheons, receptions and dinners, provide additional opportunities to exchange views and share solutions with IGP staff, Network Partners and other attendees.

More detailed information and on-line registration will be available by early June.

We look forward to welcoming you to Boston for the 2012 IGP International Employee Benefits Seminar!

Who Should Attend

IGP Seminars are designed for people who want to expand their knowledge and understanding of international employee benefits.

  • Representatives from the leading insurance companies operating in the employee benefits field around the world
  • International employee benefits professionals from a broad range of multinational corporations
  • Representatives of the leading international brokerage and consulting firms

The program addresses the needs of both the newcomer to the world of employee benefits and/or multinational pooling, and the experienced benefits specialist.
