He or she will be responsible for the sales and servicing of a portfolio of European accounts (European Multinationals or European Head Offices of US & Asian Multinationals). This will provide the opportunity for regular travel, primarily within Europe, in order to meet with the corporate Compensation & Benefits Managers or Risk, Finance and Insurance Managers of large multinational companies, as well as their advisors.
In order to provide (prospective) clients, intermediaries and network partners with support and information, Account Representatives need to keep abreast of the developments in the local employee benefits markets in which the IGP network operates. This entails becoming familiar and keeping up to date with information on IGP's standard products as well as its special features, such as cash flow products, international marketing events, the local insurer's products and relationship issues.
